Sheridan/Johnson Community Foundation

The Sheridan-Johnson Community Foundation was established in 1997, and even though it is the yougest in the WYCF affiliate family, they have been very progressive in their evaluation process of area grant applications. The affiliate board members routinely conduct site visits and phone interviews in order to thoroughly review applications. This CFS-JA affiliate is committed to helping non-profits in Sheridan and Johnson Counties become more sustainable by awarding meaningful grants that truly enhance community building. Their committed and experienced board actively seeks out and evaluates community needs as well as educates and encourages vital area non-profits to build endowments that will ensure their effectiveness for years to come.
