George
H. Gault, President
George was President of his own consulting firm, Gault & Associates,
LLC, and specialized in economic and community development projects,
including strategic planning, training and organizational development.
He was the Managing Director of Administration for America Capital
Access, the nation's first single A rated bond insurance firm with
offices in New York, Bethesda and Powell, Wyoming. During Governor
Sullivan's administration, George served as the Director of the
Division of Economic and Community Development. He also served during
that time as Governor Sullivan's representative to the Wyoming Community
Foundation Board. He holds designations as a Certified Economic
Developer and a Development Finance Professional. George took over
the leadership of the Foundation in 2003. |

Press
Stephens, Development Director
Press has been with WYCF since 2003. Operating out of our Dubois office, Press
is responsible for the overall development efforts of the foundation, which includes
asset development and donor services. He travels extensively across Wyoming working
with donors and community leaders. He graduated from Bowdoin College in Maine
and attended the University of Utah Graduate School. Before joining the WYCF
team, Press operated a wilderness outfitting business in Dubois and owned and
operated Hudson Falls Ranch near Shell where he raised cattle and sheep. |

Lynette J. Morris, CPA, Vice President - Finance
Lynette joined WYCF in August of 2006. Lynette is responsible for overall fiscal management and providing technical consultation to professional advisors and non-profits. She received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting from Colorado State University and a Masters of Taxation Degree from the University of Denver. Lynette worked in public accounting at KPMG, LLP in Denver for a little over four years before moving to Laramie in November of 2003. She then worked for just under three years at a nonprofit scientific research company and has since decided to dedicate her skills to WYCF. |

Samin
Dadelahi, Senior Program Officer
Samin facilitates the Foundation's grant making and scholarship programs including solicitation of grant proposals, counsel with non-profits in their preparation of proposals, preparation of written digests and evaluations of proposals, communication with grantees, and final evaluation of funded projects and programs. Additionally she participates in the design, implementation and evaluation of new program initiatives by the Foundation, including acting as liaison with all grant review committees. Samin networks with key non-profit representatives at local, regional, state and national levels. Samin joined the staff at the Wyoming Community Foundation in 2001. She holds a Master of Science degree from the University of Wyoming in Entomology and a graduate minor from the Ruckelshaus Institute of Environment and Natural Resources. |
Vickie Quisenberry, Database Administrator
Vickie Quisenberry joined WYCF in December of 2005 following 19 years as a legal assistant. Prior to that she was a business owner and worked for the Wyoming Department of Transportation for eight years. Vickie is a long-time resident of Laramie. |  |

Katrina J. Brown, Grants Administrator
Katrina J. Brown joined the Wyoming Community Foundation team in June of 2006 as the Program Assistant for the Wyoming Women’s Foundation. After serving as the "Jane-of-all-trades" for the WyWF, Katy began work as the Grants Administrator for the WYCF. She holds a Master's degree in Sociology and teaches courses in the Women's Studies program at the University of Wyoming. Katy attended the University of Wyoming where she played on the women's volleyball team and received a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Sociology and Women's Studies. |
Jodi Guerin, Donor Relations Officer
Joining the Wyoming Community Foundation in June 2007, Jodi has a varied background working in private business, city government and politics. She and her husband have owned and operated their own business for the past twelve years, where she was in charge of human resources, training, bookkeeping, product development and marketing. Prior to owning a business, she worked for the City of Laramie for seven years, developing and teaching youth and adult recreation classes. While operating their business she served on the City Planning Commission, founded the Downtown Laramie Business Association and served two years as Mayor. She continues as a local elected official and serves the Wyoming Community Foundation as a development officer, providing donor services, affiliate coordination and professional advisor education.

Olivia Engkvist, Office Manager
Olivia joined the WYCF in 2008, just a few months after graduating from the University of Wyoming with a BA in journalism and Spanish. During her time in school, Olivia focused on nonprofit work, interning at the Capital Area Food Bank in Washington, DC, and working as the Hispanic Outreach Coordinator at the Albany County Public Library. Olivia first became interested in the WYCF when she created the Agape Donor Advised Endowment Fund in early 2007 as part of her senior honors research project. |
Richelle Keinath, Wyoming Women's Foundation, Executive Director
Richelle Keinath holds a Master of Arts degree in American Studies from the University of Wyoming, where she focused her research on marginalized individuals in the health care system. She has spent the last four years working with senior citizens and the challenges that face the aging population as the Co-Executive Director of the Eppson Center for Seniors in Laramie. Non-profit administration and program management are two areas of accomplishment. Over the course of her career, Richelle has been involved with grass roots efforts to bring issues of nutrition, poverty, transportation, housing, and isolation to the attention of Wyoming's law makers. In addition, she served on the Friends of the Albany County Public Library Board and continues to serve on the Laramie Reproductive Health board. |  |
 | Sarah Dahlberg, Wyoming Women's Foundation, Program Assistant
Sarah, joining the Wyoming Women’s Foundation in 2008, is excited to become involved in such a unique and rewarding opportunity. She is a Wyoming native and feels it is important to make a difference in the community from which one is from. Sarah plans to assist an all aspects of the foundation business wherever she can lend a hand. Before coming to the foundation, Sarah received a bachelor of arts from the University of Wyoming in Art and Botany. She is now currently working on her Art Education Certification at UW and plans on eventually pursuing her Masters in American Studies. She is interested in community enrichment through public art and gardens. |
Grant Walsh-Haines, Undergraduate Intern
Grant Walsh-Haines is the undergraduate intern from the University of Wyoming. Grant will graduate with a degree in Women's Studies after the 2008 spring semester. Grant will assist the foundation in a variety of ways, including: miscellaneous office duties, research, and event coordination and planning. He is excited to have the opportunity to promote meaningful change through his role at the Foundation. |
