Robert Budd Betts, Jr., Chair

 

Budd Betts lives with his wife, Emily, and his two children, Lindsey, 22, and Robert, 19. He attended Bowdoin College and the University of Wyoming. He served in the Wyoming House of Representatives from 1992 to 1998. His last two years in the legislature, he served as the majority whip. Budd is currently the chair of the Wyoming Community Foundation, president of the National Bighorn Sheep Center, board member of the Jackson Hole Land Trust, and board member of the Wyoming Outfitters and Guides Association. Budd owns and operates the Absaroka Ranch, a 700 acre dude ranch and outfitting business northwest of Dubois.
